Swansea Sea Wall Footing Replacement
Brief: Existing Sea Wall was falling into the lagoon with danger of the property being wash away.
Project: Excavate and remove existing block wall and footing. Build new footing to Engineers specifications. We built the new footing with a 30mm fall towards the backyard and relaid existing sea wall blocks with a rake towards the yard to minimise future overturning of the wall. New drainage was placed behind the wall to ensure stability.
